🔄 Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how you can exchange your items:

✅ Eligibility

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Exchanges must be requested within 8 days of delivery.
• Final sale items, innerwear, and accessories are not eligible for exchange.

🔄 How to Exchange

1. Request Exchange: Email us at info.stivaa@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 86699 20225 with your order number and reason.
2. Pack the Item: Safely pack your item in the original packaging.
3. Courier Pickup:
   • We can arrange a pickup for you (if available in your area), or
   • You can ship it back to our return address.

💰 Refunds

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

🔁 Exchange

Need a different size or color? We’ll ship your exchange item once your return is received and approved.

If the returned product does not meet our policy conditions, it will be sent back to you.
